I joined Sompo in 2020 having worked in the insurance and reinsurance market in London, Bermuda and Singapore. I now have responsibility for helping in developing our strategy, client management team, business development and working with our underwriters in expanding and advancing our broker relationships. We have been working incredibly hard on making sure we have the right distribution strategy for our clients, the right structure and – arguably the most important piece – the right people to deliver it. The cornerstone of our approach is collaboration with risk managers, brokers and of course our dynamic underwriting community. This means investing in regular, meaningful interactions that help to build long-term, productive and effective partnerships.
