Daniel Neo
Senior Strategic Advisor, Sompo
Daniel Neo currently serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor for Sompo. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific of Sompo, in addition to Regional Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Sompo Holdings (Asia) Pte. Ltd. In these roles, Mr. Neo had oversight for all P&C Commercial and Consumer Insurance in Asia Pacific. He was also Senior Executive Director of Sompo Holdings (Asia) Pte. Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Neo was the Regional Chief Operating Officer of Sompo Holdings (Asia) Pte. Ltd and Chief Executive Officer of PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia. With an extensive knowledge of the Asian markets and a strong background in strategic and financial planning, Mr. Neo held various leadership roles at major insurance carriers for over two decades before joining the Sompo Group. He holds a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, both from Truman State University in the U.S.
