Kosuke Sugiyama joined Sompo Japan in 1996. After spending nine years in its retail business he moved into commercial marketing. In 2022 he became Head of Sompo’s Japanese Interest Abroad Client Relations and Marketing team, mainly acting as a liaison within the group to maintain and strengthen the insurer’s relationships with its Japanese clients and to provide seamless services to them in the UK and Europe.
