I began my career in insurance in 2013 and have enjoyed the past 2 years as part of Sompo Global Markets, with responsibility for managing our strategic broker partnerships and corresponding business performance. I am part of an incredibly talented team who prioritise building solid and productive long-term relationships with brokers and clients. Building on our broker partnerships to accelerate the delivery of our proposition across all lines of business is a major part of our success, particularly within the multinational space where we have big ambitions for the organisation.
