Adam Golding leads and directly manages the UK and Europe Finance teams at Sompo while serving as the Chief Financial Officer to the wider International Markets Leadership Team.

Adam brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the insurance industry, coupled with a proven track record of strategic leadership and financial acumen at the highest levels.

A seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years of strategic and financial expertise demonstrated at the Board level. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant having trained with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) and has garnered extensive experience in the insurance industry, spanning the London Market, Lloyd’s, reinsurance, personal & commercial lines, underwriting & broking both in the UK and overseas.
