Brian Bohaty

Brian Bohaty was appointed Chief Operating Officer, North America at Sompo in September 2020. In this role, he leads global operational strategy and transformation initiatives, leveraging his extensive experience in financial services to drive scalable, technology-enabled growth.

Mr Bohaty joined Sompo from Allstate, where he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Transformation. With more than 30 years of experience in asset management, insurance, and wealth management, Mr Bohaty has demonstrated expertise in business transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation.

Mr Bohaty holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from Saint Louis University.
