Cindy Bai is Sompo’s Multinational Producing Office Manager. With 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, specialising in multinational business, Cindy joined Sompo UK in January 2024. She is responsible for growing Sompo’s Multinational UK produced business through managing the UK Producing office team, promoting its Multinational value proposition and executing global programmes through a client-centric approach and Sompo’s technology-enabled multinational platform.
