Claire Smith

Claire Smith is Head of HR, UK at Sompo. Mrs Smith is a seasoned HR professional who has over 20 years of experience across financial services and insurance, with a proven track record and expertise in organisational change, talent strategy, and advising senior leadership teams. Prior to joining Sompo, she held a global HR leadership role at Aspen, where she oversaw the SMCR regime as SMF7, served on the UK Executive Committee, and led the global HR Business Partner team. Mrs Smith holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
