David Camputo

David Camputo is Chief Audit Executive for Sompo International, with global responsibility for the company’s Internal Audit function for the past 15 years. In this capacity, he has oversight of teams in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining the company in 2006, Mr. Camputo held several senior-level internal audit positions including Head of Internal Audit for Primus Guaranty and Vice President and Director of Internal Audit at XL Capital Ltd. He has over 30 years of internal audit experience in both the insurance and reinsurance industry and is a graduate of Iona College with a degree in Finance.
