Jason Funnell joined Sompo in November 2023 as Head of Multinational Transformation. Based in London but with a global focus, he is responsible for driving our continued development and enhancement of our Multinational operating model and servicing initiatives across the Sompo group. An experienced leader with over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Jason specializes in Multinational business, focusing on client service and operational excellence. Jason has an extensive background in designing, leading, and implementing change initiatives. These have included creating new teams across multiple geographies, integrating new technologies and establishing best practices.
