Raymond O’Byrne was appointed SVP, Client Engagement at Sompo in April 2023.
Mr. O’Byrne has client executive responsibilities for all lines of insurance and services for many of the largest customers in the United States.
He joined Sompo in December 2008 and was a founding member of the Commercial Management Liability business unit in the United States. He served in Business Development as an inaugural member from August 2018 to April 2023.
Prior to joining Sompo, Mr. O’Byrne held senior roles at Willis and Chubb. Mr. O’Byrne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Dayton.
