Rich La Gala is Director of Client Experience Transformation, Sompo. He leads initiatives integrating risk engineering, claims, and data-driven solutions to support client outcomes and operational effectiveness. Mr La Gala has over 25 years of experience in risk engineering, digital innovation, and enterprise risk management. Prior to joining Sompo, he held senior leadership roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance North America, including Leader of Risk Engineering in Canada and Director of Risk Control Shared Services in the US.
