Sarah Stanford

Sarah Stanford is CEO for Sompo UK, which writes local and international P&C and Specialty business from its London, Birmingham and Manchester offices. Prior to joining Sompo in 2026, she was Aspen’s UK CEO from 2024 after serving as the Active Underwriter of Syndicate 4711. Sarah has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, joining Aspen in 2007 as part of its financial lines team having previously worked in underwriting positions at Limit MJ Harrington Syndicate 2000/QBE.
