At the 2022 Global Programmes Conference in London, Brian Grabek, Head of Multinational Insurance, participated on the Living with Change: Lessons Learned session, where panelists discussed the impact of Covid-19 on the insurance industry’s image along with how global programmes can be used by Risk Managers to meet emerging risks. Grabek commented, “We are in a time, where partnerships matter more than ever. We have to take this opportunity to lean in and listen to our clients’ and brokers’ needs and not be afraid to adapt.” When speaking about global programmes and innovation, he cited the need to be more bold as an industry and embrace Fintech.
