Please tell us about your career journey and your path to Sompo.
After spending a few years handling Assumed Reinsurance Claims at Argo Group, I joined CNA Insurance. I held a variety of roles at CNA where I focused on managing run-off operations. I have been at Sompo for over 5 years, since joining Sompo America in 2016. It’s refreshing to be able to focus on business growth and expansion.
What advice do you have for prospective Sompo candidates?
Expect to learn something new every day.
Tell us about an initiative at SI that you are most excited for in 2022.
There are so many great initiatives at Sompo right now. However, I am most excited for Sompo’s global expansion.
What is your idea of a perfect day outside of the office?
Hiking in Sedona, AZ.
