At Sompo, we encourage and welcome conversation on social media from all audiences. In the interest of a healthy social media conversation, we are taking an active role in moderating the conversation across our channels.

We reserve the right to block or delete posts containing:

  • offensive or threatening language
  • potentially libelous claims or accusations
  • comments that are intentionally disruptive, off-topic, or unconstructive
  • spam or promotional content unrelated to our business, including external links
  • unlawful use of imagery that violates copyright or licensing agreements
  • use of imagery or language that constitutes threats, intimidation, offensive jokes, slurs, insults, ridicule, or mockery
  • links to unverified or unreliable websites or documents

We reserve the right to ban, block, report, and take further action against users who break these rules repeatedly and with harmful intent.
