Paul Burgess is Global Head of Multinational Claims, Sompo. He is responsible for developing, promoting, and monitoring the implementation of global claims policies and practices. He also serves as Chairman of the Insurance Institute of London Claims Committee.
Mr Burgess joined Sompo in 2022. He has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, with expertise in multinational claims, technical claims strategy, and operational improvement. Prior to this, he was Technical Claims Director for Europe and International Global Risks at RSA.
